Hello, For three months I have been taking turns fundaMAX and Asocrvita Max (for immunity). I read in the leaflet that a high concentration of vitamin C can affect estrogen. Can this also affect the menstrual cycle?

In one of the scientific studies, it was confirmed that in women supplementing vitamin C with a donor of 1500 mg per day for 60 days, the level of estrogen and progesterone was increased. However, there is no scientific evidence that this increase in hormone levels causes noticeable changes in the menstrual cycle by women. More about vitamin C can be read in the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/witamina-c-na-infekcje-siniaki-i-przebarwienia
