Yesterday, after taking the penultimate contraceptive pill from the blister, I vomited an hour after taking it. I didn't accept another one. Is it possible to take a 7-day break right away now? Is it necessary to take another tablet and not take a break between packages?

You can either go straight to a 7-day break or start using the tablets from the new package immediately without a break. In both situations, contraceptive protection will be preserved. However, bleeding or mid-cycle spotting may occur.
