If there is epigastric pain and confusion after sirdalud and DicloDuo, should the medication be discontinued?

Sirdalud and DicloDuo for 2 days the wife takes both drugs prescribed by the doctor for back pain. Today it started to hurt my epigastrium and she has diarrhea and is a little confused. I read on the leaflet that these may be undesirable effects, whether to continue taking these drugs or better to stop them in this case

In fact, these drugs can cause the side effects described above. To alleviate them, Sirdalud is worth taking before bedtime, DicloDuo after a meal. If, despite following the above recommendations, the wife will still feel the side effects of therapy - it is worth consulting a doctor. Perhaps the specialist will decide to implement therapy with a shielding drug, e.g. with pantoprazole, m.in. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/19739/controloc-control-tabletki/apteka-internetowa?pvid=148033 I also attach links to helpful entries: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki
