When to take a break for menstruation taking Limetic?

Hello :) after giving birth, the doctor prescribed me limetic . I last took birth control pills a good few years ago. I do not know if after finishing the package I have to take breaks for menstruation? On the packaging it is written to take a break beige, but when the performance of the month? I finish the 2nd pack and the month did not occur to me even once. Is taking such pills when the month does not occur healthy, normal? Can someone advise me what to do and how to take them? My doctor is on vacation. Best regards

To @Paula: Such side effects may occur, especially at the beginning of the use of Limetic tablets. During their use, there is usually no regular bleeding, however, irregular spotting may occur.

Limetic tablets are taken without interruptions for the onset of menstruation - this is healthy and normal for one-component tablets with this active substance. After completing one blister the next day, you need to start a new one - as noted in the leaflet. When taking Limetic menstruation does not occur - this is also normal. However, when using Limetic, there may be irregular bleeding from the genital tract - this is a characteristic feature of single-component tablets. They can be in the form of mild spotting, discharge with blood of different colors, e.g. brown, red or pink, or more intense bleeding, which will resemble scanty menstrual bleeding. Midcyclic spotting may be accompanied by lower abdominal pain similar to those before menstruation. Irregular bleeding is not a symptom of a decrease in the contraceptive effectiveness of the drug.
