Should I take the second tablet at 19:00 if I mistakenly took the first one at 6:00?

Hello. I take the microgynon 21 birth control pill every day at 7:00 p.m. Unfortunately, as a result of my inattention this morning at 6:00 a.m., I mistakenly took a contraceptive pill instead of a thyroid pill. What should I do in such a situation? Take the second tablet at 19:00 or take the next one?

And one more question. Should I normally take a break of 7 days later and take the pills as always? Shouldn't you take this break of 7 days for safety?
