How to start taking Kontracept contraceptive pills?
I have a question I had a month break in taking Kontracept pills now I would like to go back to them. How to start taking them? On the first day of the period? Do I have to protect myself then?

Yes, you should start taking Kontracept on the first day of your period. You do not have to protect yourself additionally.
