When should I replace the Mirena insert?

Good morning. In 2 months it will be 5 years since I put on the Mirena insole. I read in the leaflet that currently in the prevention of pregnancy it can be used for 6 years, and not 5 as before. Does this mean that I can replace the insert only in a year? Best regards.

The current documentation contains information that the Mirena system is inserted into the uterine cavity and remains effective for 6 years in the indication of pregnancy prevention and 5 years in the indication of idiopathic excessive menstrual bleeding. However, please contact your gynecologist regarding the date of replacing the IUD.
