You will find your opinions and questions about Diprophos in the following link: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/23858/diprophos-iniekcja/pytania Diprophos contains a mixture of soluble and very poorly soluble glucocorticoid compounds betamethasone. The soluble part is responsible for the rapid action of the drug, but the second fraction causes the preparation to have a prolonged effect - betamethasone dipropionate dissolves poorly and constitutes a "drug supply" with slow absorption. According to the information about the drug, after "administration of 0.5 to 2 ml of the medicinal product by intra-articular injection, relief of pain and stiffness associated with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis may occur within two to four hours. In most cases, the effect persists for at least four weeks." If you have been swollen for a month, which you associate with the use of Diprophos, this should prompt you to consult a doctor.
