Hello, is it possible to regularly measure blood pressure with a prescribed anticoagulant (thrombosis in the calf)...? (3x daily) Neoparin in a dose of 100 mg / 1 ml with a weight of 87 kg is the right dose ? ( 30 days) Can a compression cuff cause bruising and with hypertension being treated, I should not stop regular measurements?

There are no contraindications to perform blood pressure measurements when using anticoagulants. Please note that, for example, patients after surgery have their blood pressure measured regularly, several times a day, and also take anticoagulants. It is unlikely that the cuff will cause a dream. The dose of 100 mg/1ml with a weight of 87 kg is correct. According to the manufacturer: "Enoxaparin sodium can be administered subcutaneously both once a day at a dose of 150 U.m/kg (1.5 mg/kg). as well as twice daily at a dose of 100 U.m/kg (1 mg/kg)."
