Can I take Tabcin Trend if I use Gabapentin and Dexak?

Good morning, can I take Tabcin Trend (for cold symptoms) if I take Gabapentin 600 mg per day and once a day to analgesic Dexak?

Taking Tabcin Trend while taking gabapentin may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion and difficulty concentrating. Caution should be exercised when taking these medicines, especially when performing activities that require vigilance, such as driving a car.
