If I have asthma and have taken Dexak, can it harm me?

Good morning. I am an asthmatic without bouts of shortness of breath. The doctor for a headache prescribed me a dexak . I read that it's not for asthmatics this drug. I already took the pill before I read about it. Could it harm me?

Dexak is a drug with analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, if you have ever used NSAID painkillers before - e.g. ibuprofen, ketoprofen, etc. the risk of a possible allergic reaction and associated asthma attacks is small. According to the manufacturer, caution should be exercised in patients with asthma who are allergic to anti-inflammatory drugs, especially acetylsalicylic acid (e.g. Aspirin). "Patients with asthma and chronic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps have a higher risk of developing allergy to acetylsalicylic acid and NSAIDs than the rest of the population. Administration of this medicine may result in asthma attacks or bronchospasm, especially in patients who are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid and NSAIDs."
