According to the notification, these data are private and, in particular, the indicated telephone number would not be intended for submitting comments and reservations as to the quality of the services exchanged. As a result of the check, however, we have determined that the indicated data are publicly available as official data of Emed Clinic in the Register of Entities Performing Medical Activity, available at: https://rpwdl.ezdrowie.gov.pl/RPM/DetailsConfirm?Id=249115 Screenshot attached. Therefore, we see no reason to delete the company's data or the entire thread. However, the submitter wrote further (original spelling): "Written opinions are unverified and unreliable. We are accused of fraud, and it has nothing to do with the truth. Please let me know if the entry will be placed and we will amicably resolve the situation or if we should take legal action." As requested, this entry has been posted. However, it was not indicated which opinions would be unreliable. Reviews on WherePolek are legally marked as unverified, unless we have confirmation of purchase, then you will see information about the date of online payment or reservation: "User questions and answers containing opinions about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. The action taken by the authorities is an additional confirmation for us that there is no reason to treat patients' opinions as unreliable and delete the thread. As we established in February this year, these sites used slogans such as "E-prescriptions and L4 Online in 5 minutes!" and similar, which could generate expectations in patients about the services offered. Therefore, they have the right to an opinion on the compliance of these slogans with the regulations and the fulfillment of expectations by the services actually provided.
