Do Colosan or other fiber products affect the effectiveness of birth control pills?

Is a colosan ex product (or other different types of fiber powder in which there is, for example, psyllium plantain - to supplement fiber in the diet) safe to use while taking birth control pills?

Aby zminimalizować ryzyko wpływu siemienia lnianego na działanie leków, należy zachować min. 2 godziny odstępu między spożyciem siemienia, a przyjęciem tabletki.

Nawet jeśli w takim produkcie znajduje się siemię lniane? Bo niby na liście leków osłabiających skuteczność jest wymienione siemię lniane i babka płesznik.
Chyba, że jest to bezpieczna dzienna dawka, taka, która nie wpłynie na tabletki?
