Should I continue to take a pack of pills or consult a gynecologist?

Hello, I have been taking axia conti contraceptive pills for 2 years. I have a problem with the cycle. My last intercourse was on November 16. 2 weeks ago I forgot to take the pills (I always take at 9 pm) I took the next day at 5 pm. It was the 5th tablet before the placebo tablets. After 3 days, my stomach started to hurt terribly and there was bleeding. Despite this, I took the pills to the end. All the time the placebo tablets continued bleeding (always gets them after 2/3 tablet) now lasts 4 days of tablets from the new package and the bleeding continues. A few days ago I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. Should I continue to take a pack of pills or consult a gynecologist?
