Do I have reason to worry about using Belara and Chariva between?

Hello! I use Belara birth control pills. The current packaging I take is Chariva. The lady in the pharmacy gave me this package, explaining that Belara and Chariva are the same drug, only with a different name. Withdrawal bleeding usually occurs in me 2-3 days after taking the last tablet. Now at the 19th tablet spotting appeared. On the day of taking 14 tablets, I had intercourse. During this cycle, there was no vomiting or diarrhea, I did not take medications that could weaken the effect of the tablets. I will add that on the day of taking the 19th tablet (when spotting occurred) I was very stressed and nervous. Should I have cause for concern? I'm afraid to do a pregnancy test.
