On the following Friday, around 2 p.m., am I protected again and no longer have to use additional methods of contraception?

Hello, I have been using Ginoring discs for a long time. I usually remembered about its application, but this time I was extremely late by 6 hours (I usually put it on on Friday at 8 am, and this time I did it at 14). I know that additional methods of contraception should be used for 7 days, in my case there was no intercourse during this time (I am in quarantine, but I run out on Friday). I have a question whether next Friday, around 2 p.m., I am again protected and I do not have to use additional methods of contraception? This will be the 7th day after the new system is set up. I will only add that I am shortly after iodotherapy so for the next six months I can not get pregnant. Please help
