Did I choose the first day of the cycle correctly?
I use Ginoring for the first time and I was supposed to put it on in 1 day of the cycle. Out of anger, instead of appearing at my place, i was attried first after a drop, then a few, but only on the toilet. It is possible that this is the work of erosion that I was found to do. Finally, one day I started to see clots as if fragments of a membrane and I considered it the 1st day of the cycle - so I used the ring. Did I do the right thing? Can there be any consequences for this?

Ciężko stwierdzić, czy dzień w którym zaaplikowała Pani krążek po raz pierwszy był pierwszym dniem cyklu, w związku z czym proponuję dla pewności stosować dodatkowe zabezpieczenie przez pierwsze 7 dni.

Dodam jeszcze, że te skrzepy były brązowawe i nie wyglądały jak standardowy okres acz uznałam, że fragmenty błony przy plamieniu raczej sie nie pojawiają. Nie miałam potem nic bardziej wyraźnego tylko takie ciapanie nieregularne i w końcu zniknęło.
