How to help myself if the problems began to overwhelm me and fear and anxiety returned?

Hello , for 4 years I have been taking the drug Efectin Er 75 for anxiety neurosis , everything was fine until problems in my personal life arose, they just began to overwhelm me . W opisanej sytuacji rozwiązaniem komplementarnym do farmakoterapii może być psychoterapia. Może być pomocna, aby przepracować przyczyny, dla których obecne problemy okazały się tak trudne do przezwyciężenia i wywołały nasilenie objawów choroby.
