Zgodnie z Charakterystyką Produktu Leczniczego lek Dexak jest
przeciwwskazany u kobiet karmiących piersią.
W tym przypadku można czasowo przerwać laktację. Przygotować zawczasu pokarm, a przez czas leczenia odciągać mleko laktatorem i wylewać. By później z sukcesem powrócić do karmienia.
