Należy zachować ostrożność w trakcie jednoczesnego stosowania Pabi-dexamethasonu i Naproxenu. Oba leki wykazują negatywny wpływ na błonę śluzową żołądka, zwiększając ryzyko krwawienia z górnego odcinka przewodu pokarmowego.

Jeśli nie jest to konieczne i nie jest to zalecenie lekarza, lepiej zrezygnować ze stosowania Naproxenu lub zastąpić go innym lekiem spoza grupy NLPZ. Jeśli uważa Pani, że zastosowanie tego konkretnego leku jest dla Pani niezbędne, zachęcam do konsultacji z lekarzem prowadzącym. Należy rozważyć zastosowanie leków osłaniających błonę śluzową żołądka np. inhibitorów pompy protonowej.
