Should I take 2 birth control pills again today to make up for the deficiencies from yesterday?

Good morning. I take two-component contraceptive pills, yesterday I had the 7th day of the cycle and I got intestinal flu. I took the pill at 7 p.m. as always, but an hour later I was in the toilet. I will add that all day I was tired of acute diarrhea. Before going to bed, i.e. at 10 p.m., I took another pill, but 2 hours later I was back on the toilet, so I suppose it didn't absorb properly. Should I take 2 pills again today to make up for the deficiencies from yesterday?
