Can Dipperam cause dizziness?

Good morning, can the drug dipperam 5 + 80 mg trigger dizziness, spinning, such symptoms as with the disorder of the blonec? I am in menopause, I also take other drugs such as diaprel, jardiance and glucophage. For a few days I have been taking dipperam and the world has started to spin especially for some time under the get up from bed. At rest, everything is fine.

Tak, zawroty głowy to częste działanie niepożądane leku Dipperam, zwłaszcza w początkowym okresie leczenia.

Objawy, o których Pani pisze mogą być także związane z niedociśnieniem powodowanym połączeniem leków Dipperam i Jardiance. Jardiance nasila przeciwnadciśnieniowe działanie leku Dipperam, co może objawiać się jako zawroty głowy.
Proszę regularnie monitorować wartości ciśnienia tętniczego krwi - być może konieczna będzie konsultacja z lekarzem celem zmniejszenia dawki leku na nadciśnienie.
