In my opinion, in this situation, it is best and safest to contact your doctor and inform him or her about improper storage of the drug. Your doctor will most likely re-prescribe the medication on your prescription.
It is difficult to determine whether this drug is still suitable for use without additional information. You did not inform us at what temperature it was stored, whether it was accidentally exposed to high temperatures. Perhaps its appearance has changed, the "powder" particles have clumped together or delaminated.

Czas przechowywania leku poza lodówką był na tyle krótki, iż można go nadal stosować (o ile był odizolowany od źródła ciepła - np. nie stał na kaloryferze lub promieni słonecznych - np. na parapecie z ekspozycją na promienie słoneczne).
