Hello if there is any new effective remedy for depression. The doctor said that nothing is happening in this area of new and there are no new drugs.

Stosunkowo nową, ale słabo dostępną w Polsce opcją terapeutyczną jest leczenie depresji lekoopornej esketaminą, którą podaje się donosowo stosunkowo rzadko - na początku dwa razy w tygodniu, potem raz w tygodniu lub raz na dwa tygodnie. Terapia trwa minimum pół roku. Z dostępnych informacji wynika, że preparat może mieć duży potencjał i cechuje go szybki początek działania.

Trudno mi jednak ocenić, czy Pani przypadek w ogóle kwalifikowałby się do takiej terapii. Być może faktycznie w Pani sytuacji nie ma nowych opcji terapeutycznych.
