Should we wait until Monday and consult it again, or take these medications tomorrow morning?
Good morning. I have been struggling with hypertension for a long time... there are weeks when I have normal and there are weeks when I am 150/90 and I feel terrible. The head is so tense, the eyes hurt, dizziness, lack of energy to live. He suffers from drug neurosis. I am also quite overweight, probably I can have diabetes or insulin resistance, but I do not take any medication. Today I went to an internist with a pressure problem. I also just said that I have neuroses. He prescribed me the drugs bisoratio 5 and tritace, I have to take both pills in the morning on an empty stomach, a little stressed or am I sure I should take this and that? The more so because I do not have a constant high hypertension. Please advise whether to wait until Monday and consult again or take these medications tomorrow morning.

Lekarz internista po zebraniu od Pani wywiadu zdecydował o włączeniu dwóch leków z dwóch różnych grup terapeutycznych, współdziałających w przypadku problemów z układem krążenia. Wydaje się, że decyzja o zastosowaniu dwóch preparatów była przemyślana, skoro dostała Pani wyraźną wskazówkę, że "obydwie tabletki mają być zażywane rano na czczo". Z farmaceutycznego punktu widzenia mogę przekazać informację, że oba preparaty mogą być stosowane razem. Jeśli ma Pani jednak jakiekolwiek wątpliwości, to oczywiście może się Pani konsultować z lekarzem. Nie widzę natomiast w przedstawionym opisie sytuacji przesłanek, aby podważać zalecenie lekarza czy odwodzić Panią od zastosowania leków.
