Nastrój depresyjny to częste działanie leku Kyleena - pojawia się on u 1 na 10 pacjentek. Nie ma jednak reguły, że jeśli ten skutek uboczny pojawiał się podczas stosowania tabletek, pojawi się także przy wkładce - wkładka zawiera inny hormon niż tabletki.
