Is the intensification of bleeding after three years of Kyleen's insole a cause for concern?

Hello. I have a Kyleen insert for the third year. Sometimes I had tribes, gently bleeding, it did not bother me. But for two months the bleeding had intensified. Could this be a signal that the insert works worse.?

Wkładka Kyleena może mieć wpływ na cykl miesiączkowy w taki sposób, że będą występować plamienia (skąpe krwawienie), nieregularne, krótsze lub dłuższe miesiączki, mniej lub bardziej intensywne krwawienia lub całkowity brak krwawienia.
