Is the proposed way to shift the bleeding from withdrawal correct?

Good morning, I would like to postpone the bleeding, I was offered to take 3 extra tablets from the new package (microgynon 21), then take a 7-day break and go back to taking 21 tablets etc. (I have to sacrifice one pack for the sake of this shift) is this the correct way ? Do I not have to protect myself after this method?
