Can I combine Vesicare with Bactrim and Uro-Vaxom?

Hello I have been having a bladder problem for some time. Two years ago I was diagnosed with bladder hyperreactivity, I treated this vesicare for about half a year and the pressure on the bladder stopped. For two months I have been struggling with cystitis alternating with an intimate infection. Urine clean culture clean but in the swab from the vagina and swab from the urethra came out the coliving bacteria. I have been given the antibiotic Bactrim forte for 6 days and there is no improvement!!! Recently it is even worse urge to urinate is more frequent and more painful I can not sleep at night because the pain does not allow. I wonder if this hyperreactivity just came back? And here I have a question whether with the antibiotic vaccine uro vaxom can I take vesicare? Can all these drugs be combined? A visit to the doctor arranged in a week but I do not know if I can withstand it!! Please advise
