If the gynecologist recommended Macmiror ointment to me outside, can I apply it to the vagina?

Good morning, the gynecologist prescribed me vainal globules Nystatin and macmiror ointment, this ointment recommended to lubricate outside but there is an applicator in the package, if I used this ointment vainally it would not be a mistake or is it already too high a dose of nystatin vainva?

Skoro dopochwowo ma Pani stosować Nystatynę, a zewnętrznie maść Macmiror - zgodnie z informacją od ginekologa - to ma Pani kompleksową terapię i nie widzę uzasadnienia, aby dodatkowo korzystać z aplikatora pomimo, że jego obecność wynika z zarejestrowanej postaci leku (maść dopochwowa). Proponuję nie zmienić nic "na własną rękę" w zaleceniach od ginekologa.
