Obydwa leki zawierają tę samą substancję, w tej samej dawce, ale tak jak Pan wspomniał - leki różnią się ceną, producentem, substancjami pomocniczymi (czyli dodatkowymi składnikami, które wypełniają tabletkę) czy biorównoważnością. Jeżeli jednak lekarz nie zaleci inaczej, to można stosować je zamiennie.
