Can I do otherwise than the manufacturer recommends after skipping a tablet of Qlaira?

I took 2 tablets of Qlaira at once (day 20 and 21), after I missed one on day 20 (not 24 hours passed). In the manual it says to start a new blister, but unfortunately I do not have access to it at the moment. In this case, should I still take more pills at a fixed time? Of course, I am aware that one way or another I will have to protect myself with a mechanical method during sex.
