Is spotting at the first pack of Naraya already an indication to change the drug?

Changing tablets from Orlifique to Naraye after 4 packs - the reason for central cycle bleeding and spotting. Is the occurrence of bleeding with pink Naraya tablets after 1 pack an indication for the next change? Bleeding occurred at 21 tablets.
