Samo noszenie wkładki Mirena nie wpływa na wynik badania OB.
Jeśli jednak wkładka została zaaplikowana nieprawidłowo, jej noszeniu może towarzyszyć stan zapalny - co obserwujemy, m.in. jako podwyższony wskaźnik stanu zapalnego = OB.
