It is usually recommended to stay at home for min. half an hour after inhalation. If the air temperature outside is low, it is worth not going outside for 1-2 hours after inhalation. If the child's condition allows, you can go outside (but not earlier than about 1 hour after inhalation). A calm walk is recommended, being in the fresh air (all within reason) - moisturizing the airways can speed up recovery. W przypadku występowania wyłącznie kataru i kaszlu nie ma przeciwwskazań do korzystania ze spacerów. Oczywiście zachęcam do zachowania rozsądku i np. nie wychodzenia przy niepogodzie, silnym wietrze lub niskiej temperaturze.
Córeczka nie gorączkuje samopoczucie dobre. Jedyne co ma to katar oraz kaszel

Sam fakt podawania leku Nebbud nie jest przeciwwskazaniem do wychodzenia na zewnątrz, natomiast decyzja rodzina powinna być uzależniona przede wszystkim od stanu dziecka, jego kondycji i samopoczucia, objawów, zaawansowania choroby z powodu której stosowany jest Nebbud, tego czy dziecko gorączkuje i od warunków pogodowych. W przypadku wątpliwości można poradzić się pediatry, który badał córeczkę.
