Could 1000mg of paracetamol per day consumed for 3 days weaken the effect of contraception?

Is spotting instead of bleeding normal with the first pack of naraya plus birth control pills? I took the last active tablet today and for three days there has been this brown spotting. Could a cold and taking medication have any effect on it? Could 1000mg of paracetamol per day consumed for 3 days weaken the effect of contraception?
