Are the blisters below different in anything?

Good morning, I have a fairly possible trivial question, do the following blisters differ from something? I mean the effectiveness of eg that I do not know those that are "sucked" are badly packed or something similar. I hope that you will understand what I mean, the blister at the bottom is just more "sucked" than the one at the top and my question is whether I can safely take "any" and not worry about their operation.
