Should bleeding when combining two packs of birth control pills worry me?

Hello, I have been taking birth control pills for about 9 months. So far, everything has been fine. However, recently during my period I took the pills after 2 days (not as always after 7 days break). The reason was the desire to postpone the period (holidays). Today I still have 6 tablets left, but the bleeding occurred. Is this a cause for concern? Could this be the result of trying to shift the bleeding?

Taki objaw nie powinien niepokoić, jest to skutek próby przesunięcia krwawienia.
Tabletki aktywne można przyjmować ciągiem bez przerwy (maksymalnie 3 opakowania połączone) - jednak wówczas należy liczyć się z tym, że wystąpić może plamienie lub krwawienie śródcykliczne (w trakcie przyjmowania tabletek aktywnych).
