Można łączyć Izotek z tabletkami Logest, jednak wówczas działanie antykoncepcyjne może być zmniejszone, dlatego w trakcie trwania leczenia oraz minimum przez 2 tygodnie od zakończenia kuracji Izotekiem należy stosować dodatkową formę antykoncepcji w postaci prezerwatywy.
