Does Cipronex impair the effectiveness of birth control pills?

Good Morning, Taking Vixpo Contraceptive Pills (24+4). Cipronex was prescribed to me. My antibiotic therapy starts with 1 placebo tablet and ends with the last 4. Is there still an additional safeguard if the antibiotic is not taken during the period of taking active tablets?
