Does one very loose stool affect the effectiveness of contraception?

Good morning. I have a question about Vines birth control pills. I took the tablet at 11:20, but at 13:30 there was diarrhea (very loose stool). Was it my 23rd tablet out of the pack, can I take now (2:20 p.m.) this 24 tablet to keep the contraceptive effect? I do not have an emergency package with me so I ask if I can take as a second additional tablet this 24. Should I skip the green placebo tablets in this case?

The effectiveness of oral contraceptives can be attenuated by diarrhea - diarrhea is not the same as a single loose stool. Diarrhea is the passing of liquid or semi-liquid stool at least 3 times. If this happens within 4 hours of taking the pill, you should take another one. Diarrhea before taking the contraceptive pill has no effect on the effectiveness of contraception. If you have given one very loose stool, do not use an additional tablet. There is no need to skip placebo tablets.
