Nie ma przeciwwskazań do łączenia leku Deprexolet z lekiem przeciwbólowym Poltram Combo. Ponieważ jednak oba leki mogą osłabiać sprawność psychomotoryczną, podczas ich przyjmowania należy powstrzymać się od prowadzenia pojazdów czy obsługi maszyn (zwłaszcza na początku terapii, gdy nie jest znana jeszcze reakcja organizmu na prowadzone leczenie).
