What if I have taken drops containing St. John's woofer extract while taking Belara birth control pills?
Belara birth control pills, and stomach drops Aflorafm. I am on the 5th day of taking another pack of Belara tablets, yesterday at 21 I took a tablet, and today about 12 (15 hours after the tablet and 9 hours before the next one) I took about 20 drops of Gastric Aflofarm, which contain St. John's wort. Is contraception maintained in this case? Should I do something?

Choć jednorazowe spożycie wyciągu z ziela dziurawca niesie za sobą małe ryzyko obniżenia skuteczności terapii, w takiej sytuacji należy profilaktycznie stosować dodatkową metodę antykoncepcji w postaci prezerwatywy przed kolejne 7 dni.
