What should I do if I took out Polaring too early in week 3?
I have a question, i have been using ring boxes for over a year, this is the best contraception I have had. However, I made a wrong with the date of removal of the puck, took it out a week too early (that is, the turn of the 2nd and 3rd week of application). He always takes out the puck on Thursday, and today is Saturday. Do you take a break of 7 days and set up a new system as recommended in the leaflet? I don't know what to do.

To @Anonim: Put on a new disc as soon as possible. Thus, the next, three-week period of use begins. Therefore, withdrawal bleeding may not occur. If for 7 days preceding the removal of the disc, it was used continuously, then you can also, as you wrote, take a 7-day break and then start using a new disc. Contraceptive protection may be impaired.
What to do when at the beginning of the 3rd week of use the disc was accidentally thrown away, and a moment after removing the disc from the vagina I had intercourse?

Proszę poczekać do wystąpienia krwawienia z odstawienia i założyć nowy system terapeutyczny dopochwowy nie później niż 7 dni od czasu usunięcia lub wypadnięcia poprzedniego.
Powyższy sposób postępowania można przyjąć tylko wtedy, jeśli stosowała Pani PolaRing
w sposób nieprzerwany przez ostatnie 7 dni.
