Can I go back to Microgynon if I feel bad after a new one?

Hi I am now 49 years old I am after two operations to remove cysts from the ovaries for 11 years I took microgiedion and tolerated it well there was no recurrence of cysts now the doctor gynecologist said I stopped taking the drug and took a break because too long go already boore and for 3 months my ovarian problems have returned again I have nawröt cysts about 3cm in my left ovary I am also after abrasia due to overgrowth endometrium after consulting another gynecologist I got 2mg 2mg + 10mg I took 2 tablets and very bad feels hurt my head and pouch and liver niewiem what to do as I have such symptoms already after the other tablet czyoge wröcic to microgiion if ho well tolerated please answer
