How to store Vines tablets on the go to warm countries and at what time to take if there is another time zone?
A good day flies abroad in warm countries and I have a small question. I take birth control pills ( vines) and I am afraid of how high temperatures will affect them. Do I need to hold the tablets in a special thermal insulating bag? How best to protect them from heat?. I still wanted to ask how best to take tablets abroad when, for example, there is another hour? Tablets are taken every day at 18.Thank you in advance for your reply.

Tabletek Vines nie należy przechowywać w temperaturze powyżej 30°C - jeśli ma Pani obawę, że w miejscu gdzie będą transportowane temperatura może być wyższa, warto zaopatrzyć się w torebkę termoizolacyjną. Bezpieczniej jest przewozić leki w bagażu podręcznym, ponieważ jest on mniej narażony na wahania temperatury.
Najlepiej byłoby zachować odstęp 24h od standardowej pory przyjmowania leku - czyli odpowiednio zmodyfikować godzinę przyjmowania leku w miejscu podróży.
