Should disposable loose stools be pulled up for diarrhea?

I take Atiwia tablets for a month and a half. Recently, exactly 4h (maybe a few minutes earlier) after taking the tablet there was a slight loose stool. The next day, this happened again in the morning, that is, already a dozen hours after taking the tablet. That day and the next I lived without additional mechanical protection, but also without ejaculation inside. Should such disposable loose stools be pulled up under diarrhea? Has the protection been maintained and I have nothing to fear?
