Zawarty w produkcie leczniczym Pulmicort budezonid może być stosowany przez kobiety karmiące piersią. Decyzję o zastosowaniu leku Nasometin u matek karmiących może podjąć jedynie lekarz, analizując stosunek korzyści do ewentualnego ryzyka. Nie wiadomo, bowiem czy zawarty w nim mometazonu furoinian przenika do mleka kobiecego.
