If the pain persists I will have to put off Microgynon 21?

I took 3 microgynon 21 tablets yesterday, now I have menstruation and started the tablets with the first day of the period and tonight I was woken up by terrible abdominal pain, I never had so during the period especially at night or even more so that it is almost the end of menstruation. I would add that I have never used contraception in tablets before, and this is my first time. If the pain persists, will I have to put them away?
