Should I use Axia Conti if I forgot to tell my doctor that my mother has varicose veins on one foot?

I forgot to tell the doctor that in my family it means my mom has varicose veins on one foot. Should I use Axia Conti tablets or should I consult a doctor? I would add that from time to time I happen to smoke one cigarette. Does it have any effect? I'm starting to use these pills for the first time and I'm 23 years old
